EME Inline stamper

Application

The inline stamper is totally constructed from stainless steal and food acceptable plastic, equipped with up to three heads.

It consists of a stable baseframe without a slatchain conveyor. So it is possible to place the stamper beside an existing conveyor. The glass jars will feed in-line into the glass jars.

It stamps till the required head space is obtained. To change to another glass jar opening you have to fit new heads.

For other glass jar diameters the infeed scroll has to be changed.

The central height adjustment works by a spindle and a hand wheel. The stamper is driven by a variable motor drive with a safety overload clutch.
