--- EME sorting machine ROTOS

The machine is built complete from stainless-steel with a quick speed change up to approx. 3 tons per hour. Variable speed drive calibration up to 3 types and oversize are possible. The grading will be done over a roller-flight similar. Opened at the front, the product on top of the roller flight conveyor will be turned around until it comes to the point where the opening is big enough to fall through. With this technique you become a very accurate calibration of the product.

Diameter adjusting for each size with a spindle and scale from 8 – 46 mm dia. is possible. The adjusting can be done in stop or run position in a few seconds.

The machine is built with a solid framework in stainless steel and a variable speed drive.
