Application:

The EME Dipmaster is designed for foodstuffs which are particulary difficult to fill. Shredded or grated products, salads or mixed goods, and very sensitive items such as soya shoots or capers can be filled by the EME Dipmaster. Gentle and non-destructive filling of these goods is assured, both in a rw or blanched condition.

Operation:

The standard EME Dipmaster is a 24-station rotary filling machine. The machine is also available as a made-to-order, special-purpose design.

Water or brine serve as carrier and flow medium. Products to be filled should be suitable for gentle pumping within the carrier liquid.

The product to be filled, with its carrier liquid, is continuously moving within the built-in product tank and is drawn into the metering chambers are equipped with cylindrical screens which separate the goods to be metered from the carying liquid. When a metering chamber is full to the required level, the vacuum is switched off and the fill stops.

The containers to be filled enter the machine via an infeed scroll and starwheel and ar located unterneath the filling heads. A backup control on the infeed scroll is primed so that are no empty pockets.

The product is now transferred into the glass jar or can without being exposed to mechnical stress. the machine stops autmaticly, if insufficient product is fed to the product tank.

A centrally-adjustable mechanism allows the filling weight to be infinitely varied, even during machine operation. By using changeparts, the machine can be quickly set for a diffenent size of container.

The novel filling system of the DIPMASTER is a combination of volumetric, pistion and vacuum filling and guarantees gentle filling by using these techniques to avoid any mechanical stress being transmitted to the product.

Design:

The EME Dipmaster filling machines are of rugged construction and give a long service life at high filling rates. The machines are constructed completely from stainless steel and plastics. All materials are inert and are suitable for food use. All machine components in contact with the product can easily be wet-cleaned and will dry quickly.

The EME DIPMASTER is delivered complete with all system parts and auxiliary equipment such as vacuum pump, vacuum collector and suction tank and is fully prewired electrically.

Up to 250 containers per minute, depending on the product handled

200 - 850ml, using suitable changeparts
